Looking for a fantastic drink to celebrate with on New Year’s Eve? Try my Coke Sangria Mocktail which is perfectly delicious and absolutely beautiful for entertaining. If you love this sangria, you will also love this Red Wine Sangria.
With the New Year fast approaching, I’m already starting on my New Year’s Eve party plans. Usually, the hubby and I head out for a lovely relaxing dinner downtown in Chicago then we go home and watch the ball drop. It’s pretty low-key but just how we like it.
This year might be the year to spice things up and throw a party. I’ve had an awesome year filled with so many blessings, and celebrating in a big way just seems right. I’m already getting the menu together, and it includes this simple yet fun Coke Sangria Mocktail.
Most of my friends aren’t huge drinkers so this drink would be absolutely perfect. It has a unique blend of Coke, Apple Cider, Pomegranate Juice and Sparkling Grape Cider. I added some beautiful sliced red pears, apples, oranges and limes and sprinkled in a few pomegranate seeds and cranberries. The results were as lovely looking as it was tasty.
The lush colors also really stand out, and during the holiday season, you really need a drink that will speak volumes. This one is it! The recipe isn’t even a recipe. It is really a mixture of a few things to your liking so see below for the deets, and let’s get our party on!!

I made this for 16, 17 and 18 year old boys. It was a huge hit! I added Maraschino Cherries for fun. THANKS
So glad you enjoyed it!
These are so so pretty! We are hosting a Christmas party and these mocktails are a perfect option for the non drinkers! Love the coke in here!
This reminded me of my childhood when parents used to drink coke with vodka. Love this sangria!

I agree with the above comment – wish I had this recipe both times I was pregnant during Christmas. Ah well, these drinks are beautiful!
