I have a pretty stable daily routine. Each morning, I have a smoothie for breakfast without fail. I have been drinking these for over five years now, and I don’t think I will ever stop. This mango banana berry smoothie is one of my favorites.
I have always been a huge advocate for getting my nutrients through my food instead of through a vitamin pill. For me, drinking something delicious and filling in the morning like my smoothies gives me a great energy boost that coffee can’t. I don’t crash mid day and I feel good about my morning choice. It also helps me make more healthful choices throughout the day since I started on the right food.
Here is one of my many smoothie recipes that is great for the spring and summer. I can’t wait to share more with you to try. This mango banana berry smoothie is easy and only relies on fruit and water to make it incredible.
Mango Banana Berry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup water
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is smooth and a pourable consistency. Pour in your glasses and enjoy. Best if enjoyed right away.
