My feet are just now touching the ground after my pillsbury bake-off correspondent experience in Las Vegas last weekend! It was amazing! From informative seminars about food trends to delicious dinners overlooking the Vegas strip, I had an unforgettable time.
The evening was a real treat as we found out who the winners of the bake-off were with host Padma Lakshmi of “Top Chef” who hosted the awards dinner. The winning dish is something I will definitely be making for Thanksgiving. It is the perfect appetizer and so simple to make yet so delish! I could not get enough.

I loved sharing my first Pillsbury Bake Off Correspondent experience and hope to share again next year in Nashville! I wonder who will take home the big prize then!!
