The most sensational Pineapple Milkshakes you have ever tasted! Filled with a creamy, bright pineapple flavor, these will become your favorite drink ever. If you love this, you will also love this Pineapple Whip.
I am soo excited to share this Pineapple Milkshakes recipe. They are so insanely delicious y’all!
I have shared my love of pineapple upside down cake before on this blog. In fact, I shared the classic one earlier this summer from an old family recipe but knowing me and my excitement of remixing traditional flavors I grew up with, I knew a milkshake was needed with these flavors, and I was so right!
Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream: A cup of vanilla ice cream as our creamy, dreamy base.
- Pineapple Sherbet: Half a cup of pineapple sherbet to add that tangy, fruity flair.
- Crushed Pineapple Punch: A quarter cup of crushed pineapple for bites of tropical joy.
- Milk: Adjust the milk to your liking – half a cup for thick shakes or a full cup for a smoother sip.
- Cinnamon: A pinch of ground cinnamon to spice things up.
- Caramel: A tablespoon of caramel sauce for a sweet, gooey twist.
- Garnish Galore (all optional): Go wild with fresh whipped cream, cake crumbles, chopped pineapple, more caramel sauce, and cherries to top it all off.
How to Make Pineapple Milkshakes
- Add vanilla ice cream, pineapple sherbet, crushed pineapple, milk, ground cinnamon and caramel sauce into the steel mixing cup of your drink mixer and process until smooth and blended to your preference. Add more milk if you prefer milkshakes a bit thinner.
- Pour milkshake into two glasses and garnish with toppings of your liking.
As I drank two of these in a row, I could not believe how uncanny it was that a milkshake actually tasted like a pineapple upside down cake. The caramelized pineapple flavor is there, the rich tropical essence is there and that down home comfort is all through this drink.
How to Store
For your delightful Pineapple Milkshakes, it’s best to enjoy them fresh out of the blender for that perfect, frothy experience. However, if you need to store them, pour the shake into a freezer-safe container and freeze. When you’re ready to indulge again, let the shake soften for a few minutes at room temperature for easy stirring, and enjoy the tropical goodness all over again!
