A trio of delicious sorbets in peach, mango sorbet and raspberry become the perfect base for a fun summer sorbet float. If you love this, you will also love this Pineapple Whip recipe.
I’ve created sorbet heaven right here folks! I am serving up a trio of sorbet flavors in a special summer float beverage that is sure to become your favorite summer treat of all time.
I know that’s a bold statement but I think its necessary to stress how much I love this recipe. I have become quite obsessed with sorbet in recent years. Due to my dairy issues and slight intolerance, I have cut down considerably on my intake. One of the hardest things for me to get rid of is traditional ice cream. Who doesn’t adore cream filled ice cream? I know I do.
I have since found amazing replacements that don’t make me feel like I’m missing a thing! From coconut milk based ice creams to creamy and fruit filled sorbets like this, I can enjoy summer just as much as I used to without the intolerance problems. I’m so grateful!!
This recipe plays with three different flavors: Peach, Mango and Raspberry. The best part is each recipe only contains 4 ingredients. That’s it! Four. So we are talking about low key recipes which are also fast and refreshing. I imagine these floats going over very well at my next get together because they are so darn pretty too.
Time to get your float on!

I use either lemon lime soda or even a sparkling wine for adults.
