Combine 1 cup seasoning salt, 1/2 cup pepper, the granulated onion, granulated garlic, sage, and thyme and stir to mix well. Season wings liberally.

Add wings to a large pan of melted butter, cook wings until browned on both sides. Two batches may be necessary.
