Notes

Tips to make this fro yo
  1. Use Ripe Mangoes: For the best flavor, make sure your mangoes are ripe before freezing them. Ripe mangoes are sweeter and more flavorful, which enhances the taste of your frozen yogurt.
  2. Freeze Mangoes Properly: Dice the mangoes and spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze them until solid. This prevents the mango pieces from sticking together and ensures a smoother blend.
  3. Chill Your Yogurt: Use cold yogurt straight from the fridge. This helps maintain a cold temperature throughout the mixing process, resulting in a creamier texture.
  4. Pulse to Perfection: Start by pulsing the frozen mangoes in the food processor until they reach a crumbly consistency. Then, add the other ingredients and continue to pulse until smooth. Avoid over-processing to keep a thick, scoopable texture.
  5. Adjust Sweetness and Tartness: Taste the mixture after blending. Adjust the sweetness with more honey or the tartness with additional lime juice, if needed. Remember, flavors are less pronounced when frozen.
