For the Sparkling Blood Orange Syrup:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup blood orange juice
- 1 cup club soda
For the Sparkling Pomegranate Syrup:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup club soda
For the Holiday Bubbly:
- 2 bottles Barefoot Bubbly of your choice
- 2 cups of raspberries, cranberries and pomegranate seeds for serving
- Straws and stirrers of your choice
For Sparkling Blood Orange Syrup:
Add sugar, water and blood orange juice to small pot over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer and allow sugar to evaporate and once syrup reduces by ¼ to ⅓ and thickens, turn off heat and cool.
Stir in club soda and pour into glassware for serving.
