A trio of delicious sorbets in peach, mango and raspberry become the perfect base for a fun summer sorbet float.

Ingredients

For the Raspberry Sorbet:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 12 ounce bag frozen raspberries 3 cups

For the Peach Sorbet:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 12 ounce bag frozen peaches 3 cups

For the Mango Sorbet:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 12 ounce bag frozen mango 3 cups
  • Gingerale

Instructions

  • Finely shred 2 tsp. peel from lime. Juice lime (2 Tbsp.); set aside.
  • For Raspberry Lime Sorbet, in a medium saucepan stir the sugar and water over medium heat until just simmering, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Add raspberries and lime juice. Stir to thaw.
