Blueberry Waffles
A breakfast classic of tender, buttermilk tangy waffles made sweeter with the addition of fresh blueberries. These Blueberry Waffles are sure to be a hit any morning (or night) of the week!

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

tablespoons
granulated sugar

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

eggs

buttermilk

salted butter melted

teaspoons
vanilla bean paste

Instructions
In one large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
Next whisk in egg yolks, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla bean paste.
Beat remaining egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold stiff egg whites into batter then fold in blueberries.
Heat waffle maker, spray maker with non-stick spray and prepare waffles according to manufacturer's instructions.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Feel free to replace the blueberries with other berries you would love like raspberries and strawberries too!
