Mariano’s Orange Sorbet Mimosa
This sorbet mixture took me less than five minutes to throw together, and it was in my ice cream maker before I knew it. Once it was frozen, I simply added scoops to my glasses and poured a sparkling wine over it and voila, I was ready to get the party started

2 cups fresh orange juice I used a fresh citrus blend juice that Mariano's had in their juice and smoothie section! So delish! 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup honey or agave nectar to taste Sparkling Wine or Sparkling Cider
Stir together orange juice, water and honey to blend together.
Freeze the sorbet in your ice cream maker or in a dish in your freezer.
Scoop out sorbet into champagne glasses and add sparkling wine or cider to sorbet and enjoy!
