  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1-2 tbsp honey optional


  • Add coconut milk a high performance blender.
  • Add banana, pineapple chunks and honey, if desired
