For the Remoulade Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp capers roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Creole or Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced finely
HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER SAUCE?
Remoulade sauce can be stored in an airtight container within the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, if using store bought mayonnaise.
If using homemade mayonnaise as the base, leftovers will only be good for about 3 days stored the same way.
