- 2 individual containers Greek 100 Protein Vanilla
- ¾ cup refrigerated whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon pure lemon extract
- Garnish: lemon zest, mint and assorted berries
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together Greek 100 Protein, whipped topping, honey and lemon extract until smooth.
Add mousse to individual cups and refrigerate.
When cool and ready to serve, garnish with lemon zest, mint and assorted berries.
