For the Martini
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup Irish cream I used Original Bailey's
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz white chocolate liqueur or amaretto
- Ice
For the Rim (Optional)
- whipped vanilla frosting
- sugar pearls or sprinkles
Using a small offset spatula, spread a thin layer of whipped vanilla frosting onto the rim of two martini glasses. Pour ¼ cup of sprinkles onto a small plate or bowl, then dip the rims on the sugar pearls to coat.
In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, irish cream, vodka and amaretto. Add ice and shake until well combined and cold. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
How to Store
- Fridge: Pour your sugar cookie martini into a jar or airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. But let me be real with you, boo… even when I make a big pitcher of this cocktail, I never have leftovers, so consider this a just in case. Give it a good shake before serving so it's smooth again.
