Ingredients

For the Martini

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream I used Original Bailey's
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz white chocolate liqueur or amaretto
  • Ice

For the Rim (Optional)

  • whipped vanilla frosting
  • sugar pearls or sprinkles

Instructions

  • Using a small offset spatula, spread a thin layer of whipped vanilla frosting onto the rim of two martini glasses. Pour ¼ cup of sprinkles onto a small plate or bowl, then dip the rims on the sugar pearls to coat.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, irish cream, vodka and amaretto. Add ice and shake until well combined and cold. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

How to Store

  • Fridge: Pour your sugar cookie martini into a jar or airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. But let me be real with you, boo… even when I make a big pitcher of this cocktail, I never have leftovers, so consider this a just in case. Give it a good shake before serving so it's smooth again.
