Peach Cobbler Lemonade
This Peach Cobbler Lemonade is made with fresh peaches, brown sugar, warm spices, and lemon juice for a sweet, tart, viral summer drink.

For the Peach Cobbler Syrup
- 3 cups diced peaches skins on
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of kosher salt
For the Lemonade
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Make the Peach Cobbler Syrup
Add the peaches, brown sugar, 1 cup of water, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches soften and release all that bomb flavor.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened and syrupy.
Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Add to a heavy duty blender and blend until smooth.
To Assemble
In a large pitcher, whisk together 4 cups of water, lemon juice and granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Pour in the peach cobbler syrup and stir until fully combined.
Taste and adjust based on how you like it. Serve over nice and garnish with fresh peach slices and lemon slices if you dig it.
Store the peach cobbler lemonade in a covered pitcher or airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Give it a good stir before serving since the peach syrup can settle a little at the bottom.
I don’t recommend storing it with ice in the pitcher because it will water everything down. Add ice to individual glasses right before serving.
You can also make the peach cobbler syrup ahead and store it separately in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 day. When you’re ready, just stir it into the lemonade base.
