This Million Dollar Dip is quick and easy to make with cream cheese, bacon, a little cheese, seasoning, and toppings. Just mix and chill, then serve!

- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cup sharp cheddar shredded
- ½ cup slivered almonds toasted , chopped finely
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1/3 cup minced green onion about 4-5 stalks, 1 tablespoon reserved
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together until evenly mixed.
Scoop it into a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour. When ready to serve, garnish with reserved green onion. Serve with crackers, pretzels, and/or raw vegetables.

- Toast Your Almonds Right: To easily toast slivered almonds, spread them in a single layer on a dry skillet over medium heat. Stir often, and once they turn golden and smell nutty, they're ready. Don't walk away from the skillet tho! They can go from toasty to burnt real quick.
- Chill for Full Flavor: Don't skip the chill time! Letting the dip sit in the fridge for at least an hour lets all those flavors marry together.
