How to Make Brown Butter Pasta

I allowed the butter to brown until it was super nutty and flavorful.  I usually go as close to burnt as possible to get all of those flecks of goodness.  This makes the brown butter sauce so irresistible.

The additional ingredients added even more deliciousness.  How much more summer themed can you get than fresh summer corn and tomatoes?  Add a bit of basil, garlic and bacon and you have one of the most sensational 30 minute meals for two to enjoy.

How to Store

  1. Let it Cool: Before storing, allow the pasta to cool to room temperature. Be careful not to leave it out for more than 2 hours to prevent bacterial growth.
  2. Air-Tight Container: This helps to preserve its freshness.
  3. Refrigerate Promptly: This pasta should be good for 3-4 days when stored properly in the fridge.
  4. Keep Garnishes Separate: If possible, store any fresh garnishes like chopped basil or diced tomatoes separately and add them after reheating to maintain their freshness and texture.
  5. Reheating Tip: Reheat it gently on the stove over medium heat, adding a splash of water or cream to loosen things up if needed.
