Y’all won’t believe how many Dole Whips I can go through when I’m at Disney World so I had to bring y’all an easy pineapple whip recipe to whip up at home. Thanks to my homie Danielle Walker for sharing this simple one that I can whip up whenever the mood strikes.

Ingredients
- Frozen Sliced Banana & Pineapple Chunks
- Full-Fat Coconut Cream
- Lemon & Pineapple Juice
- Pure Vanilla Extract
How To Make Pineapple Whip
Step 1: In a food processor, combine the banana 1 1/2 cups of pineapple, the coconut cream, pineapple juice, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and the vanilla and process for about 5 minutes, until mostly smooth.
Step 2: Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups pineapple and continue to process for 2 to 3 minutes more, until the mixture is very smooth and creamy.

Step 3: If large chunks of pineapple persist, pulse either to ten times until they break up. Taste and add the remaining 1 teaspoon lemon juice if a tarter soft serve is desired. Serve immediately.

- honey if you want sweeter
Instructions

- Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups pineapple and continue to process for 2 to 3 minutes more, until the mixture is very smooth and creamy. If large chunks of pineapple persist, pulse either to ten times until they break up.
- Taste and add the remaining 1 teaspoon lemon juice as well as honey if you want it to be sweeter. Serve immediately.
Notes
- I suggest keeping frozen bananas in your freezer at all times. When they start to go brown on your counter, just peel, slice, and freeze!

I really hate coconut, can I replace this?
You could try using sweetened condensed milk. I am not sure how much you should use though so I would start with a little then add more to taste.
