Berry Rhubarb Punch

Ingredients

  • Berry Rhubarb Simple Syrup Magic:
    • Water – The essence of hydration and the base of our luscious syrup.
    • Granulated Sugar – Sweetness coming at ya, making that syrup oh-so-sippable.
    • Strawberries – Sliced and ready to infuse their berry goodness.
    • Raspberries – Because two berries are better than one.
    • Rhubarb – Bringing its unique tang to the party.
    • Mint – A hint of cool to keep things fresh.
  • Punch Bowl Power Plays:
    • Ginger-Ale – Bubbly with a bite, to give your punch that fizzy lift.
    • Smirnoff Raspberry – Let’s spike things up a notch with this berry blast.
    • More Raspberries – Because you can never have enough berry bliss.
    • Strawberry Slices – For that fruity fanfare and eye-catching color.
    • Garnish Game Strong: Chop some rhubarb and pluck fresh mint to make those glasses gorgeously gourmet.

How to Make Berry Rhubarb Punch

For the Simple Syrup:

  • Add water, sugar, strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb and mint to a medium sized pot over medium high heat and stir together allowing sugar to dissolve.
  • Bring liquid to a boil then lower heat to medium and continue to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Turn off heat, strain the mixture leaving just the liquid. Cool to room temperature.

For the Punch:

  • Add Raspberry Smirnoff and ginger-ale to simple syrup and stir together until well combined.
  • Add berries to punch then add to pitcher.
  • When serving punch, fill glasses with ice, pour in punch then add one mint leaf and one chopped rhubarb stalk straw to each glass and enjoy!

How to Store

To store this punch, I like to keep it in a sealed pitcher or container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If it contains fresh fruit garnishes, consume within 2 days for the best flavor and freshness. Always give it a good stir before serving again y’all.
