My only rule for healthy recipes is it has to taste unhealthy like this Light Oreo Smoothie does. It seriously tastes like an Oreo Milkshake. Oreo Shakes are the best by the way. It is the best rule I could have ever came up with. I donโ€™t like to know I am on the โ€œgood footโ€ when consuming food. I want to feel like I am indulging and enjoying life at all times.  If I feel like I am depriving myself, I immediately want to stop and eat a bowl of full fat ice cream.

This Oreo Milkshake is so simple to make. All you need is a blender and a few ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Greek yogurt
  • Coconut milk
  • Oreos

How to Make an Oreo Milkshake

You blend together the ingredients above (adding an optional sweetener) until completely smooth. Add a couple of Oreo cookies to your mix and blend, and that’s it! You can add a garnish of an Oreo cookie on top if you wish.

Tips

  1. Perfect Your Consistency: To achieve that dreamy, creamy texture, make sure your banana is fully frozen before blending. If your milkshake turns out too thick, you can gradually add a splash of milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency. On the flip side, if itโ€™s too thin, add a bit more frozen banana or a few ice cubes and blend again.
  2. Oreo Magic: For an extra burst of Oreo goodness, after pouring the milkshake into your glass, crumble an additional Oreo on top for a delightful crunch and eye-catching garnish.

  1. This is really good! It is very creamy. I used regular yogurt plain and a little less than one packet of stevia. I didnโ€™t have Oreos so I put a punch of sipping coca on top from Trader Joeโ€™s and it was really good. I made the two serving for myself and it was the perfect amount. If you have ever had banana ice cream it tastes kinda like that but smoother, creamer, and sweeter and more like a banana milkshake. Itโ€™s very close to tasting like a milkshake!
