A perfectly sweet and tart Peach Punch made with hints of citrus and raspberry and rosemary garnish will be your favorite summertime drink.
Peaches scream summer to me. There is no other fruit that makes me happier during this time of year. So when it was time to start planning one of my latest summer backyard barbecues, I knew that I needed to have a peach flavored drink on the menu. That’s when my peach nectar punch was born. This punch is easy going and comforting for casual affairs but aesthetic and classy for more dignified summer affairs.
Ingredients
- Peach Nectar: This sweet nectar is a golden, juicy essence
- Powdered Sugar: This is the secret to giving your punch the right amount of sweetness.
- Ginger-Ale: This fizzy ingredient adds a playful pop and ginger essence to the mix.
- Fresh Lemon Juice: This citrus splash is the zesty zing that cuts through and brightens.
- Vodka: Whether you keep it classic or peach-flavored, this spirit brings the party to your pitcher.
How to Make Peach Punch
- In a large punch bowl or bowl, stir together peach nectar and powdered sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- Next add ginger-ale, lemon juice and vodka and stir together until well combined.
- Add sliced peaches, rosemary and raspberries for garnish and serve in mason jars or glasses with ice.
How to Store
To store your peach punch, keep it in a sealed pitcher or container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If it contains fresh fruit garnishes, consume within 2 days for the best flavor and freshness. Always give it a good stir before serving again.
